Changing from "Fixed" to "Round robin" policy, will it impact anything to datastores.?and want to know can we change NMP policy online or we have to reboot the server to reflect changes.

Did you read the documentation!? Bottom of page 50 in Using VMware Workstation (PDF)... NOTE You cannot enable or disable the copy and paste feature for a shared or remote virtual machine.
